Alumni Relations Team

The BTG Alumni Association is an alumni driven initiative under the BTG project umbrella

Alumni can take advantage of a variety of services offered through the Alumni webpages.
The Alumni Relations team will monitor  and facilitate the access to such services.
Please note that some of the services are only available to registered alumni.
Please register here.

How can we help?

·We will provide you with information about former participants in your area
·We can send out mailings to alumni
·We'll keep you informed of any BTG professors or staff visiting your country or area
·We can advise you on the organization of events and other activities like training courses, international congresses professional meetings ect
·We'll publicise your events on the BTG website

Alumni Directory
A searchable, on-line version of the BTG alumni directory. The directory is password-protected and accessible only to BTG alumni, faculty and staff. Alumni will have complete control over what information appears in the Online Alumni Directory and can delete the information they do not want to display.

Permanent BTG email address
The alumni email service offers a permanent email address at BTG to keep you connected with classmates, friends, and family no matter how often you change locations or jobs. You can also have your BTG email forwarded to an existing work or home email address.

Notice boards
At the notice board alumni can exchange ideas and information on anything from politics to sports to recipes etc. Alumni can post their latest news on our on-line notice board and search for messages from old friends and colleagues.

Local/regional web pages
Each Alumni Group may have its own local/regional web page. The pages will be build, maintained and managed centrally by a BTG webeditor so as to ensure consistency and a certain level of professionalism but the content should be provided by the alumni. However, Local Alumni Groups and individual alumni who, in addition, wish to build their own (informal) websites are welcome to do so. These websites can then be linked to the more formal and centrally managed BTG Alumni website.

Alumni events calendar
A listing of upcoming events (social, educational/networking events, alumni or BTG faculty speakers, meetings etc.)

Online newsletter
To be published at least twice a year. Will contain the latest developments and events in and around BTG, faculty and staff updates, alumni news and events, and profiling alumni career achievements, views and activities.
