BTG Alumni Groups

The BTG Alumni Association is an alumni driven initiative under the BTG project umbrella

Local Alumni Groups

One of the greatest resources and joys of participating in BTG is the diversity of the international community. Our alumni are spread around the globe and BTG would like to build active relationships with all of them. We think that the most effective means of being able to achieve this aim is to establish a world-wide network of local and regional Alumni Groups. These groups will provide an extensive network to help alumni keep in touch with each other, the BTG community including home and host Universities, and offer an exciting forum for meetings and discussions and to host a variety of events for their members.

What is an Alumni Group?

An Alumni Group is an association of alumni residing in the same country or region wishing to network with other BTG alumni for professional or social interest purposes. Leadership of local groups will be carried out by alumni volunteers from the area in liaison with the BTG Alumni Relations Office/Team. Alumni Groups have one or more key people (or Alumni Group coordinators) who organise networking and other events, spread and provide news, provide guidance prospective future alumni and to EM participants, promote project and alumni career opportunities, promote and represent the partner institution/s you belong to.

Get Involved

Interested in networking with other alumni? Want to stay connected with your university? Or maybe you're just curious about who is doing what. Get involved with an existing, or set up your own local Alumni Group. Check out the Guidelines for Setting up an Alumni Group and contact the BTG Alumni Relations.
